Open Positions: Zoning Hearing Board, Planning Commission and Higher Education & Health Authority

Zoning Hearing Board:  The Zoning Hearing Board hears and renders decisions regarding specific types of land use actions in the Borough.  Members serve three-year terms and must be a resident of Langhorne Manor Borough.  This term will expire on January 2, 2024.

Planning Commission: The Planning Commission protects and promotes safety and health of the Borough and accomplishes coordinated development by zoning, subdivision and land development.  Members must be a resident of Langhorne Manor Borough and three of the five members may not be officers or employees of the Borough.  This term will expire on January 2, 2022.

Higher Education & Health Authority:  The Authority was organized for the purpose of acquiring, holding, constructing, improving, maintaining and operating, owning or leasing projects for health centers, and buildings and facilities for private, nonprofit, nonsectarian colleges and universities, state-related universities and colleges.  Members must be a resident of Langhorne Manor Borough.  This term will expire on January 2, 2022.
