More Great Stormwater News (Updated)

Langhorne Manor Borough just received TWO additional grants to help fund the Pine Street & Prospect Street Infiltration Trench Project. The Bucks County Redevelopment Authority (RDA) granted $298,995, and the PA H2O program granted $300,000. These are in addition to the $185,000 already awarded from the Bucks County Conservation District’s Dirt & Gravel Roads program, for a total of $783,995 in grant money to fund this second major stormwater project.

This means that, overall, the LMB Stormwater Commission’s hard work has helped bring in $1.2 million of stormwater funding! The Comly Basin Project was fully funded by Growing Greener, RDA, and American Rescue Fund grants, and we look to be on track to fully fund this second project as well.

More information about the Pine Street & Prospect Street Infiltration Trench Project can be found in the recent notice to affected residents, found here.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Both the timing and locations of the Prospect Avenue infiltration test pits had to change. A new letter was recently sent to the affected residents and may be viewed by clicking here.
